**What do you like best about iSpring LMS?**

Their pricing is unbeatable. The functionality offered by their LMS is comparable to other systems that could cost you $10,000 more per year. Additionally, their customer service is highly responsive, and they genuinely care about addressing the root of any issues. We are able to pull reports that meet our grant requirements and provide comprehensive, on-demand training to our constituents. The fact that it's also mobile-friendly is an added bonus, as our audience typically takes our training during their off time.

**What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?**

There are still some things, design-wise, that we wish we could implement. It definitely doesn't give you as much freedom as we'd wish. But again, the system is a fantastic, user-friendly LMS and gives us any operational function we want - plus the price is great.

**What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring LMS allows us to deliver training to our clients nationwide, in a format that fits their busy schedules. Through this training delivery, we're able to expand our reach to agencies that wouldn't otherwise be able to dedicate personnel to a full day's training - they can simply access our training via iSpring on their phones, and take it on their own time. The system is intuitive to use, tech support is available 24/7, and managing the system is an easy task compared to others.

**What do you like best about iSpring LMS?**

I like iSpring LMS for its ease of use and the comprehensive analytics it offers. Its simplicity makes it easier for our law firm's training, freeing up valuable time for me and the head of training and development, as well as our department trainers. The analytics available are really useful, as they let me see which learner got what questions wrong, helping me identify trends and gaps in the modular programs we’ve created. The initial setup was extremely easy as well.

**What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?**

I would really love if the knowledge base portion could be built out more or even be connected through SharePoint. Allowing users to navigate to iSpringLearn as a one-stop repository and being able to access SharePoint through that would avoid having to port things over from an already used platform.

As for customization options for the learner portal and interface, we already have custom CSS to adjust layout, typography, and styling beyond standard themes; role-based access and personalized dashboards for learners, instructors, and administrators, with customizing the navigation menu to emphasize your most-used sections. You can adjust UI for responsive design to work well on desktops, tablets, and phones, and localize the portal and course content into multiple languages. iSpring LMS allows to adjust progress tracking visuals, certificates, and completion criteria displays, and really much much more. To sum up, it's is designed to allow organizations to tailor the learner experience to their specific needs while ensuring accessibility and measurable learning outcomes across all roles and devices.

**What do you like best about iSpring LMS?**

I like the ease of publishing use and the customizable features of iSpring LMS. Reporting is really easy, and I can deliver reports with just a few clicks. It automates a lot of the training and lets me run reports and send out notifications. I can deliver custom training easily with an e-module. The initial setup was pretty easy, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?**

I find it confusing that the dates are all American, especially since I'm in Australia. The notification system could definitely be more refined. Also, it would be great to be able to define the types of files for uploaded certificates or assessments, like allowing only PDFs. Plus, I wish my learners could generate their own learning training transcripts or history.

**What do you like best about iSpring LMS?**

I really enjoyed the ability to make my own tests and quizzes. It allowed me the opportunity to get important information out there so that I can gauge where staff were with their understanding of our policies and procedures. I also enjoyed the gamification process of it as well. staff really were trying to beat out other departments and individuals for prizes. Being able to print out their certificates was also an added plus. Report tracking and Analytics was very crucial and key for our organization. The ability to see when staff was last trained, who was coming up for renewal/refresher or seeing what their needs were was essential. Overall, iSpring LMS was super easy to use and integrate into our organization.

**What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?**

The only downfalls I had was not being able to correct mistakes there were made, by me, when I uploaded my quizzes. I was unable to just correct that area and needed to adjust scores accordingly after the quiz was complete. Another minor issue was not being able to have the reports combined with other categories; ie. training results with quiz results. Each of these had to be printed separately and I combine them with another program.

iSpring LMS helps solve our organization’s data-collection needs. We also use it to stay up to date on staff training and to keep track of personnel.

**What do you like best about iSpring LMS?**

iSpring is our corporate LMS and using it has been intuitive and effective. I use it every day as an administrator. The number of options to execute training are incredible and have given me many thoughts and ideas on where to steer our Learning Program. Any time I do have an issue, effective support is available within a matter of minutes. I've also found many of the newer features to be helpful, particularly the 360 assessments.

As an administrator, I want the ability to administer my program from a mobile device. I'd like the reporting function to take a big step forward.

**What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The solutions that our company provides are pretty complex and there are many of them. iSpring is helping us make sure that our customer-facing team is the local experts we say they are. We are also using it to shorten our ROI timeline for new hires. So far we've been able to improve that by 31%! We have also made it a central figure in our knowledge, skills, and abilities evaluation.

I love that the LMS offers a lot of functionality, while also having a user interface that's simple and easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?**

My only qualm is that SCORM imports open in a separate browser tab - which I shared with the support team, who are reviewing to potentially change that.

**What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My workplace needed an LMS that can automate user/group management via integration with Entra ID. So far, this has worked great - when users and groups are created/removed in Entra ID, the same changes automatically happen in iSpring LMS.

**What do you like best about iSpring LMS?**

The simplicity.  iSpring LMS is easy to set up, easy to manage, and easy for learners to use. You can upload courses, assign training, track completion, and generate reports without needing technical knowledge or ongoing admin overhead. It just works, which is exactly what you want from an LMS.  The reporting and compliance tracking is the most helpful.  Being able to clearly see who has completed training, who is overdue, and export evidence for audits or management reviews is extremely helpful.  The SCORM compatibility and integration with iSpring Suite also make course deployment fast and reliable.  We use ispring LMS on a daily basis.

The upsides of ispring LMS are: Fast implementation with minimal setup, Intuitive admin and learner interface, Strong SCORM support and assessments, Clear, practical reporting for compliance, Reliable performance and good customer support and good value for money compared to more complex LMS platforms.

**What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?**

Customisation is more limited compared to some larger enterprise LMS platforms. While the interface is clear and easy to use, there are fewer options to tailor the look and feel or fully personalise the learner journey. For most use cases this isn’t an issue, but organisations wanting extensive customisation may notice the limitations.

The downsides are:  Branding and interface customisation options are fairly basic, advanced automation and personalisation features are limited.  More suited to structured and compliance-focused training than complex learning ecosystems.  Overall, these are reasonable trade-offs for a platform that prioritises simplicity, reliability, and ease of management.

**What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring LMS solves the problem of managing and tracking training in a simple, reliable way. Before using it, training records, course delivery, and compliance tracking were more fragmented and time-consuming to manage.  With iSpring LMS, all training is centralised in one platform. We can deliver courses consistently, track completions and expiries, and produce clear reports when needed. This has reduced administrative time, improved visibility of training compliance, and given management confidence that training requirements are being met.

Overall, it allows us to focus more on improving training quality rather than spending time managing systems.

**What do you like best about iSpring LMS?**

We transitioned from a previous LMS that was clunky, difficult to use, and not very user-friendly. After trialing several different products, we chose iSpring because it offered the most user-friendly interface for the price. Our learners are franchisees rather than employees, which presented some unique challenges during the switch to a new LMS. Fortunately, iSpring was able to accommodate all of these needs.

We appreciate how straightforward the platform is, both for learners and administrators. One of the features that impressed us most is the ability to make most changes and edits ourselves, without having to rely on a development team.

We also value the flexibility of options like learning tracks and courses, which can be tailored to meet a variety of needs. The knowledge base feature has been especially useful, allowing us to store and manage access for different regions, countries, and departments around the world.

Additionally, we use the LMS alongside iSpring Suite Max, which has significantly enhanced our eLearning content creation. Since it is based on PowerPoint, it requires minimal training to start developing effective courses.

We use the "on the job training" feature heavily, this provides us with a really easy way to mark trainees assessments and practical skills while ensuring a consistent and fair approach to marking guidelines.

The implementation period was very well managed from iSpring team, their knowledge and help throughout the process was invaluable and we were able to get the platform up and running in a very short amount of time. We have constant assistance from our customer team whilst integrating things like Microsoft and the huge data import of users and stats from our old platform.

**What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?**

The only drawback we've encountered is integrating our virtual trainings with the platform. This challenge may actually stem from Microsoft, but when we use the platform for virtual sessions, we can't achieve full integration with our Microsoft environment. The main problem arises when we create a virtual session in iSpring and invite our entire network of over 1,000 users. Each time a new learner is added to the session, the system automatically resends the invitation to everyone in the network, which causes chaos in people's inboxes. In Microsoft, you can typically choose to update only new or added invitees, but with this integration, that option doesn't seem to be available, it just sends updates to all invitees by default. The iSpring team has been very helpful in trying to resolve this, but it ultimately appears to be a Microsoft issue.

**What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring Suite has greatly helped us standardise a significant amount of our global content. We rely on its language capabilities to caption videos and translate our exams and quizzes, which has supported our development as a more global L&D team.

Previously, we faced challenges with the marking of practical assessments across different regions. The on-the-job training feature has addressed this by enabling more mentors and trainers to participate in the oversight of practical assessments. It has also made it much easier to share feedback with both trainees and our L&D department.

On our previous platform, we averaged about 150 active trainees each month. Within six months of switching to iSpring, our active user count doubled to 300, and now, nearly a year later, we have over 500 active users each month and that number continues to grow.

**What do you like best about iSpring LMS?**

iSpring Learn is super easy to use and provides a nice user experience of all user types - from an Admin to Instructor, to Learner, the iSpring platform provides an attractive and simple way to educate and learn.

**What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?**

There are still some bug fixes, tweaks, and enhancements that could significantly add even more value.  But support is responsive and open to recommendations so I trust over time this will happen.  We would like 'some' ability to customize some features to match the uniqueness of our organization.  Hoping that will come in time.

**What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSpring, for us, has been instrumental in building visibility and cohesiveness to support our unique business model.  We use this platform to onboard new providers (Onboarding module) and provide the ongoing training (Online Course Module) necessary to maintain their license.  We have designed this to be a one-stop-shop for everything they need to educate themselves, their community, and run their business, which is mainly through the (Knowledge Base).  The (News module) allows us to keep everyone informed and connected.  The (Chat module) allows providers to reach out to each other to share ideas and stay connected!

Strong onboarding support and a straightforward implementation process. The mobile experience is solid, and having offline access is a real plus. Pricing is based on active users rather than the total number of registered users, which feels fair.

I don’t have any major dislikes. Some default parameter setup is missing—for example, the reminder clock time should update each time.

E-learning content, compliance certification, and training for external vendors are all available. It also helps share corporate news and information across the whole organization. The onboarding process capabilities are advanced and well structured.

iSpring LMS has been a really solid tool for us when it comes to setting up and organizing our onboarding training. The fact that we can easily pull reports, create newsletters, plan development paths, and even run 360-degree evaluations makes the whole experience much more impactful.
What I appreciate the most, though, is their customer support — always quick to respond and genuinely helpful every time.

Sometimes I find it difficult to understand certain features on the platform, such as checklists and its integration. For example, the on-the-job training feature currently does not provide much value for us.

I am impressed with the very quick assistance. Although the iSpring system itself is easy to understand, I made a mistake in my rush: I downloaded the Group Progress Report instead  Learner Progress at the end of the training time and deleted the users. I was worried that I wouldn't know who had completed the training and wouldn't be able to produce the report I needed. I contacted iSpring Support and received my first reply within 15 minutes! What a quick and fast response! The team made a sincere effort to help me and clarify the problem. I was clearly informed that they would get back to me with a reply within 24 hours. Which is also great when you know how long it can take to resolve a problem. It did not take them 24 hours to solve my problem. I got a clear report and a detailed letter. I am very grateful for the clarity and kindness of the communication and the quick resolution of the problem.

It's hard to say what I don't like. I've only been working with the system for a short time, so it's likely that I'll only see after a while if there's something missing.

Good interface, many opportunities to create high-quality courses, it's convenient to track employee progress, it's great that you can purchase the Suite and create awesome materials.

Sales representative Alexandra was also nice to me and tried to help all the time. Even after Implementation she followed it several times and checked how everything's going. The bad side that several times before "buying" I had to push for updating me on some issues I've shared with her.

CSM: My first meeting was with Damian, and he is a real expert: open to questions, answers immediately – everything was clear. I liked our communication.
Afterwards, we continued with Alexander. He is also good: always supportive, even outside of working hours (which is really important for me because our project has lots of urgent tasks and I need to resolve issues "right now"). His explanations were good. However, I would recommend practicing the demo side because sometimes the explanation was chaotic, and we couldn’t keep up or remember everything. (But we reviewed the meeting recording later, and it helped.) Nevertheless, Alexander did his best and answered all the questions we asked him.

**What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?**

he report format for all employees is inconvenient (it would be better to have a division by departments, as everything is mixed together right now). The organizational chart is not flexible – it would be better if it were like a builder where the chart could be 'drawn.' In fact, every company has its own structural features, and here we can't take them into account. There is no integration with Telegram. The Suite also has limitations in terms of design and functionality.

Another problem: downloading requires Windows – I work on a Mac with iOS, and downloading Windows is not an option for me at all. In the end, I had to look for workarounds. It really pissed me off :)

The varied options of additional add ons you can include in a training presentation making it fun, engaging and interactive.

Updates are required quite frequently which sometimes causes certain functions to not work anymore. I understand some of this is out of their control as a lot of the voice overs and changes are from Google directly.

I recently had an issue with YouTube videos not playing. I contacted the technical support via live chat and they explained it is due to Google and they were looking into getting it fixed ASAP and gave me a date they were working towards too which was great!

Our Text-to-speech is an integration with Google which allows users to access a broad set of voices and languages. However, Google periodically updates voices, languages, and their naming. To maintain reliability and avoid disruptions for our customers, we implement a staged rollout and interim compatibility checks. Until we achieve full support for the latest Google voice updates, we may temporarily restrict access to newly released voices. This approach helps minimize the risk of errors and ensures a smooth experience for users while we complete necessary refinements on our side. Once full support is in place, users benefit from improved quality and availability.

Very easy to use and self-teach.  Technical support is always available if you get very stuck to guide you through or will find a solution in a good time frame.

Some limitations like I feel the upload of individuals could be made more simple and a possible help/chat option in powerpoint under the ispring ribbon would also be useful.

I loved that I could use the iSpring plugin in PPT, so I wasn't worried about integrating fonts and animation. Moreover, I could use iSpring LMS to host the course as well, which I find pretty neat! I have used it for 2 projects so far, but I am looking forward to using iSpring more frequently :)

I found navigating my way into using new features challenging. The voiceover alignment with the video was especially difficult, to the point that I gave up in the end. I would appreciate better tutorials and/or instructions for each feature and its use.

It's like a one stop shop! I can create a course, animate, add videos and voiceover, edit them and host the courses on the LMS too, I find that fascinating!

We love iSpring Learn as it is simple and intuitive to use as a small business (approx 60 employees)  dipping our toes in the water for our first online learning platform experience. It was super easy to upload our existing training material and even easier to create new material and courses within iSpring Learn.

The downsides for iSpring Learn is that I've found limitations with the reporting capabilities. I have made suggestions to iSpring Support.

I like how I can take an already created power point orientation packet and create something both interactive and fun for learners. 
I like how I create scorm files to use in our LMS platform. And it is fairly easy to use. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks and I've already mastered 2/3rd's of the software functions.
The customer service is also very helpful if you need them in a pinch.

I think it's a little confusing as to how to use the cloud to your advantage.

**What do you like best about iSpring LMS?**

The creation of courses is easy. I can upload and drag/drop each one in order... or move them around as I edit. I love the different reports that can be pulled. There is easy access for all of our team.  I have had the customer support team help me to understand how some items are showing up and it helped me to understand how user friendly it really is. As a creator, I can create. As the learners log on, they can easily see what their next steps are. Tracking the training process is helpful as well as users leaving commentary or requests.

**What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?**

You really do need to have a training meeting with their IT team in order to be able to fully use the platform.  I tried to set up groups and teams on my own and it became pretty messy since I didn't really know what I was doing.  There are videos you can watch (which I did) but it was hard to fully understand.

**What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a restaurant group with 400+ employees. Ensuring that all of our staff starts their employement with us on the same foundation, iSpring has allowed us to create material that we know EVERYONE will see/go through.  It's maintaining a consistentcy within our organization. We have seen less errors as well as the newer employees feeling knowledgable when they interact with guests.

**What do you like best about iSpring LMS?**

iSpring Learn has been so easy to learn how to use, and it was quick to implement! There are so many different ways to use it, we use it for the traditional e-learning courses and the management of training.  But we also use it as a replacement to company wide emails.  Being able to track if communication reached everyone is extremely helpful when rolling out changes!

**What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?**

iSpring can be a bit redundant when you have both ispring suite and ispring learn.  I create the courses and want to set all of the rules within the course, but I can only do some of it from within ispring suite, and have to also do it when publishing the course in ispring learn.

**What problems is iSpring LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have an LMS prior to purchasing iSpring.  All training was done live and all training was being manually tracked by myself.  Having the ability to train more people in less time is allowing me to find more time to coach employees who need some extra attention, as well as create more continueing learning opportunities for leaders and employees!
